Job Summary:
A business analyst will be joining our project team. You will report directly to the project manager and collaborate with other business analysts. Performing thorough requirements analysis, recording procedures, and conducting some user acceptance testing will be your primary responsibilities. You should naturally think analytically and be able to explain complex ideas to non-technical users if you want to succeed in this position.
A business analyst is a crucial member of any project team. Serving as the primary point of contact between the project manager and the users, they collect data, record procedures, and have users verify the finished documents.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Identify, review and analyse business processes and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT and Operations
- Support reengineering of processes, where process is one of the many parts of the change, and provide detailed guidance on process design (considering risk, end-to-end and cost)
- Support with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope
- Support the development of control structures and performance scorecards to ensure project milestones, budgets, resources and employee engagement aspirations are met, implementing mitigating actions as appropriate
- Work with markets/regions to understand regulatory, customer and competitive landscape
- And Support Product Owner to/in:
- Be responsible for gaining insight into customer needs and championing customers’ preferences in order to direct the product vision of what is being developed.
- Responsible for delivering value to the business, engaging with the customer to ensure the team is building the correct product, Product vision of what is to be built, and conveys that vision to the delivery teams
