Job Description :

The Associate Software Engineer is responsible for implementation efforts on client engagements including the development and delivery of client solutions by estimating, planning, designing, and testing custom software applications built on Microsoft technologies.

Eligibility Criteria : 

1. Candidate should have completed qualifying course in 2024
   without any backlogs.
2. Having scored minimum of 65% in 10th/Xth, 12th/XIIth, Engineering
   and MCA/M.Sc (Cybersecurity).
3. In case, the candidate has done Diploma aer 10th, then a minimum of 65% in Diploma is
   mandatory. If the candidate has completed both 12th or equivalent and Diploma, then again
   a minimum of 70% in both is mandatory (Marks are calculated for all subjects appeared).
4. Candidates should not have appeared for score improvement in any academics.
5. Candidates should not have more than 1-year gap between any 2 academic programs since SSC

Eligible Courses :

BE/B.Tech-Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communicants/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science/ Information Technology)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understands, analyzes, and documents client technical environments and business requirements.
• Exercises creativity and resourcefulness in solving technical problems in a way that maximizes client value.
• Practices solid software engineering disciplines (e.g. Test Driven Development, Configuration Management, and Coding Practices).
• Revises ThreeWill methodology standards with new and improved practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Portrays the company in a positive image.
• Required to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies of the employer.
• Shares knowledge with others internally (e.g. updates to ThreeWill knowledge repositories, internal/external presentations, and postings to public blogs).
• Ability to write technical articles that are published on ThreeWill sites and/or for technical publications.

Important Note

• This program is open ONLY for Engineering graduates and/or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science /
  IT) candidates who have passed in 2024 and have been issued Provisional Degree Recertificate
  or Consolidated Marksheet by the college/university. This is not open to candidates who
  have passed these courses prior to 2024. Also M.E/M.Tech candidates are not eligible for this
  program.
• ENTER THE ACADEMIC SCORES in % ONLY. System recognizes percentage score only. In case
  your academic grading/rang is CGPA based, convert them into equivalent percentage (%) as
  per your university guidelines and enter. Entering CGPA rang will result in you being found not
  eligible for this drive. Enter the percentage up to two decimals.
• Details you provide for this registraon is an essence of an applicaon form for this drive. As
  such, incorrect details, whether deliberately or inadvertently provided by you will be held
  against you and may result in withdrawal of Oer Leer (in case issued based on such incorrect terminator of employment at a later stage

Other Details

• Candidates meeng the eligibility criteria will be invited for virtual and proctored online test
  in about 1- 2 weeks from the date of candidature registraon, followed by Face-to-Face
  interviews at Tech Mahindra Oces. Please check your junk/spam emails as well. Each test
  serves as a lter for the next stage of the process.
• On successful registraon, the Registraon ID and Registraon PIN will be sent to you on
  your mail ID registered with us. You must note down these Registraon ID & PIN as you will
  be requiring this subsequently for all correspondence with us besides for appearing in the
  test. In case you do not receive ID & Pin, it could be due to incorrect details lled or details
  lled in wrong format (For e.g. – incorrect email ID & CGPA entered instead of % scores).
• In case you are already employed, the onus of geng NOC/clearance to appear for the test (if
  required by your current employer) or geng clear exit to join Tech Mahindra Ltd on being
  oered an employment will solely rest on you. Any experience you may have acquired will not
  be recognizable as such. No extra weightage of any kind in evaluaon or job oer is admissible.
• In case you had appeared earlier for Tech Mahindra’s Fresher Recruitment drive (either campus
  or o-campus) in the last 6 months preceding this registraon, you are not eligible to register
  for this drive. There must be a clear gap of 6 months between the date you had last appeared
  for a Tech Mahindra drive and date of registration
